Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. J.G. Truitt and the Rev. J.M. Roberts. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Eure was a native of Gates County, N.C., a son of James Orrin [sic*] and Mary Elizabeth Eure, and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Jane Felton Eure and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. J.W. Mitchell, Mrs. B.F. Jernigan, James Eure, John D. Eure, Misses Hontas and Bonnie Eure, of Suffolk; Linwood G. Eure, of Memphis, Tenn., and Nathaniel Eure, of U.S. Training School, Norfolk; three brothers, E.D. Eure and Charles E. Eure, of Roduco, N.C., and P.H. Mr. Eure was a native of Gates county, N.C., a son of James Orrin and Mary Elizabeth Eure, and is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Jane Felton Eure; four daughters, Mrs. J.W. Mitchell. Mrs. B.F. PARKER; the informant was his son John Dalton EURE. "Nollie" was the nickname of his brother Edward EURE. His mother left will 29 Aug 1910, proved 11 Oct 1910, naming "Lynwood" as her sole legatee, but failing to name an executor.
