Folk, whose death was announced in last week’s HERALD, took place on Friday morning, March 9, at the Main Street Methodist Church, of which she was a devoted member, and was largely attended. Silver Cross Circle of King’s Daughters, to which organization the deceased belonged, was present in a body. Rev. R.H. Potts, pastor, conducted the services, assisted by Rev. W.W. Staley, D.D., of the Christian church, and Rev. L.E. Barton, of the Baptist church. In his remarks the pastor paid a just tribute to the high Christian character of Mrs. Folk, and the whole service was peculiarly appropriate to the sad occasion. The interment was made in Cedar Hill Cemetery, the pallbearers being as follows: Active - R.R. Allen, Dr. H.W. Campbell, Dr. A.W. Eley, William Eley, W.L. McLeod, R.H. Morgan, M.T. Pinner, A. A.
