A native of Suffolk, she lived here most of her life. She was the daughter of Nathaniel J. and Mrs. Geneva. Archer Oliver, and a member of Churchland Baptist Church and Margaret Jung Circle. She was the wife of Charles E. Gaskins Sr. Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Clarence Evans of Portsmouth, Mrs. Herman H. Scott of Decatur, Ga., and Mrs. J. Lee Burgess of Richmond; two sons Charles E. Gaskins, Jr. and Lloyd E. Gaskins of Portsmouth; a sister, Mrs. J.H. Gaskins of Portsmouth; and 12 grandchildren. The body was taken to Snellings Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. in Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Dr. John L. Moran. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Portsmouth Cancer Society. Margaret Elma (OLIVER; Mrs. Charles E.
