GODWIN WINDSOR - Mrs. Lee Anna Holland Godwin, 85. a resident of Windsor, died at 3 a.m. today (Wednesday) in a Portsmouth hospital. She was the widow of Johnny Thomas Godwin and daughter of the late Samuel and Mrs. Georganna Pierce Holland of Isle of Wight County. She was a member of Antioch Christian Church, the L.F. Sunday School Class and the Antioch Missionary Society. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Louise Stratman of Newport News and Mrs. C.L. Edwards of Portsmouth; two sons, John T. Godwin of Windsor and Curtis S. Godwin of Suffolk; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday in I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. Thomas B. Sutton and the Rev. T. Fred Wright. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Hill and Co. Funeral Home, Suffolk, by Rev. Thomas D. Sutton assisted by the Rev. T. Fred Wright. Burial was in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family was at home of Mrs. C.L. Edwards, 1113 Melvin Drive, Hodges Ferry. Pallbearers were C.C. Clements, R.A. Cobb, L.M. Mumford, H.H. Stewart, H.E. Pierce, Curtis S. Godwin Jr., C.L. Edwards Jr., J.C. Pugh, E.W.
