EDWARD GOMER Edward Gomer Dies In Whaleyville Home Edward Gomer died Monday night at 12:15 o'clock at the home of his brother, A.L. [sic; A.T.] Gomer, in Whaleyville, Va., after a brief illness. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Lizzie Fanney of Suffolk; two brothers, J.J. Gomer and A.L. Gomer, of Whaleyville, Va., several nieces and nephews. The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. N.G. Newman, Wednesday afternoon at the residence at 3 o'clock. Interment will be in the family cemetery near Holland, Va. ****************************************************************************** R. EDWARD GOMER Suffolk, Sept. 18. - R.
