VIRGINIA ANN GWINN GRIFFIN 

DEATH OF MRS. VIRGINIA A. GRIFFIN 

     Mrs. Virginia A. Griffin, widow of the late Nathaniel Griffin, died 
yesterday afternoon at the home of her son, Mr. John T. Griffin, near 
Churchland, aged 82 years.  Her funeral will be held this afternoon at 3 
o'clock at the Churchland Baptist Church.

     Owing to the extreme illness of Mr. Griffin's daughter, friends of the 
family will not be expected at his residence.
