HAYES WINDSOR -- Mrs. Mamie Norfleet Hayes, 81, died Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Lakeside Manor Nursing Home, Suffolk. A native of Southampton County [sic], she was a member of a Windsor Baptist Church. She was the widow of John Calvin Hayes and a daughter of Frank A. and Mrs. Mary Luke Norfleet. Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Edward Saunders, and two nephews, Lloyd H. Norfleet and Robert Norfleet, all of Suffolk. A funeral service will beheld Wednesday at 2 p.m. in I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. H.D. Fisher of Windsor Baptist Church. Burial will be in Bethlehem Christian Church cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Edward Saunders of 206 Central Ave., Suffolk, Wednesday. Mamie Lee (NORFLEET; Mrs. John C.)
