Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. John B. Boyd, former pastor of the Presbyterian Church, Dr. H. Frederick Jones, pastor interim of the First Baptist Church, and the Rev. George S. Lightner, pastor of Main Street Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill cemetery. She was the daughter of the late Richard Crawford Barrett and Mary Powell Barrett of Southampton County. Mrs. Hill was a member of the First Baptist Church of Suffolk. Surviving are her husband, S. P. Hill; four sisters, Miss Claudia Barrett and Mrs. L. C. Holland, both of Suffolk, Mrs. Frank Howell and Mrs. Bene Barrett Rawls, both of Franklin; a brother, R. Sidney Barrett of Franklin, and a number of nieces and nephews. ******************************************************************************** Mrs. Allie B. Frederick Jones, supply pastor at the First Baptist Church, Suffolk, and the Rev. George S. Lightner, pastor of the Main Street Methodist Church. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Frank E. Howell, Jr., Richard Barrett, Charles Rawls, William Wellington Jones, V. J. Glenn, Bruce Elliott, Dr. Reginald Holland, and R. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, and the active pallbearers were Frank E. Howell, Jr., Dr. Reginald Holland, Bruce Elliott, William Wellington Jones and V.J. Glenn, all of Suffolk; Charles Rawls and R. Sidney Barrett of Franklin and Richard Barrett of Newport News. Mrs. Hill, a native and resident of Franklin before going to Suffolk to make her home, was the daughter of the late Richard Crawford Barrett and Mrs. Mary Powell Barrett of Southampton County. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Suffolk. Surviving her are her husband, S.P. Hill, four sisters, Miss Claudia Barrett and Mrs. L.C. Holland of Suffolk, and Mrs. Frank E.
