CYRUS EARL HILL, OWNED GROCERY STORE 

  Cyrus E. Hill, of the 300 block of Edward Ave., retired owner of Kimberly 
Grocery, died April 13, 1990, in his home.

  Mr. Hill, a native of Michigan, owned the grocery store 30 years.  He was 
a member of Main Street United Methodist Church.

  Survivors include his wife, Frances Ward Hill; a son, Donnie V. Holcomb of 
Fremont, Neb.; a sister, Vaughnie Rhodes of Fort Myers, Fla.; and three 
grandchildren.

  The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral 
Home by the Rev. Jim Noland.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.  Friends 
may join the family Sunday at the residence.  Memorial donations may be made 
to the Nansemond-Suffolk Volunteer Rescue Squad.
