Rites for Infant Conducted Today 

  HOLLAND - Funeral services for Mildred Ann Howell, infant daughter of 
Richard E. Howell, Jr., and Mrs. Carrie May [sic; Mae] Lewis Howell, who died 
Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at the Raiford Memorial Hospital, Franklin, were 
conducted today at 3:30 p.m. at the graveside in Holland Cemetery by the Rev. 
R.E. Brittle, pastor of Bethlehem Christian Church, and the Rev. Carl Dollar, 
pastor of the Holland Christian Church.  The funeral procession left the Hill 
Funeral Home at 3 p.m. 

  Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Rachel Virginia Howell of 
the home, and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Richard Edward Howell of Holland.
