ROMONA ROSE HOWELL, 65 Ramona Rose Howell, 65, of the 6300 block of Godwin Blvd., a retired teacher, died April 29, 1990, in a Norfolk hospital. Mrs. Howell, a native of Mountain Grove and a resident of Suffolk for 45 years, had retired from Suffolk public schools. She was a member of Oakland Christian Church. Survivors include, P.D. Howell Jr.; two daughters, Carol R. Nuzzi of Kitty Hawk and Amy M. Howell of Williamsburg; two sons, Parker D. Howell III and Samuel B. Howell, both of Suffolk; her mother, Lillie Rose of Newport; three sisters, Bertha Marshall of Blacksburg, Shirley Powell of Suffolk and Eleanor Pate of Greensboro, N.C.; two brothers, Kent Rose of Laurel, Md., and Scott Rose of Greenwood, Del.; and five grandchildren. The graveside service will be conducted at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday in Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. David Wilson. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Oakland Christian Church. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
