Holland. [Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA., November 9.- Rev. Robert H. Holland, a retired clergyman of the Christian Church, died this morning at his home in Holland, Va., aged eighty-nine years. He had been in feeble health for some weeks. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 o'clock to-morrow in Holland, conducted by Dr. W.D. Staley and Rev. N.G. Newman. The deceased was the father of Dr. Job G. Holland, R.W. Holland, Mrs. I.A. Lutz, Mrs. B.G. Porter and Mrs. Tina F. Johnson. He also leaves a number of grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Rev. Mr. Holland was the only living uncle of Colonel E.E. Holland, State Senator. ****************************************************************************** Oct. 16, 1819 - Rev. Robert H. Holland was born. He became a school teacher in his youth, and later entered the ministry of the Christian Church, and continued in the service until old age, he being one of the oldest men in his community. He was a great writer, being regular correspondent for several religious newspapers for a great many years. Perhaps he married as many people as any minister in his day, continuing this up until a few weeks before his death. He also served the county as Supervisor for some time. Rev.
