TALBOT LEE HARRISON 

Harrison Dies In Nansemond County 

  Talbert Lee Harrison died this morning at 6 o'clock at his home on the 
Holland road in Nansemond county. 

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mattie Sarah Harrison, one sister, Mrs. 
Tom Winborne, of Holland, one brother, Mills Harrison, of Suffolk, and several 
nieces and nephews. 

The body was brought to the I.O. Hill Funeral home, where funeral arrangements 
will be made later.

TALBOT LEE HARRISON 

  Suffolk, Aug. 10 - Funeral services for Talbot L. Harrison, 72, residing on 
the Holland Highway in Nansemond County, who died suddenly yesterday at his 
home, will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the I.O. Hill & Co. 
Funeral Home by the Rev. R.E. Brittle, pastor of Bethlehem Christian Church. 
Burial will be in Holland Cemetery. 

  Mr. Harrison is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sarah Harrison, a sister, Mrs. 
Tom Winborne, of Holland; a brother, Mills Harrison, of Suffolk, and several 
nieces and nephews.

D.Cert. 18197 (Holy Neck #10) gives Talbert for the decedent & his father. 

His father Talbot H. HARRISON was a Confederate veteran, having served as a 
   private in Co. D, 16th VA Infantry.
