Horton of Crittenden will be held at the grave in Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Rev. O.M. Clark will conduct the services. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home of R.W. Baker & Co. at 2:15. Mr. Horton is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Claud Carson, Eclipse, Miss Minnie Horton, Norfolk; one half-brother, Wallace Horton, Crittenden; and two half-sisters, Mrs. Essie Post, Portsmouth, and Mrs. Charles Lee, Newport News. Active pallbearers will be Oscar Crittenden, Clarence Parker, Clifton Houghwout, John Higgins, Linwood Mason and Jesse Houghwout. ****************************************************************************** F. D. HORTON Suffolk, Sept. 17 - F.D. Horton, well known citizen of Crittenden, died this afternoon, suddenly, at 2:35 at his home in Crittenden. Surviving him are two sisters, Mrs. Claudie Corson, of Eclipse, and Miss Mannie Horton, of Norfolk; a half-brother, Wallace Horton, of Crittenden; two half-sisters, Mrs. Essie Post, of Portsmouth, and Mrs. Charles Lee, of Newport News. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The body was brought to the funeral home of R.W. Baker and Company. Funeral arrangements will be completed Wednesday. Floyd D.
