Mrs. Harrell, a resident of 705 Redgate Ave., Norfolk, for 20 years, was the widow of Willie Harrell and a daughter of Columbus and Mrs. Mary Alice Harrell Bartlett. She was a member of Ghent Methodist Church, Norfolk. Surviving are four nieces, Mrs. Lina L. Cameron of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Malbon E. Joyner of Nansemond County, and Mrs. Ruth L. Lawshe and Mrs. A. W. Craft of Virginia Beach. A funeral service will be conducted in Baker Funeral Home Sunday at 2 p.m. by her pastor, the Rev. Dr. A. E. Acey.
