Harrell, local circulation manager of the Virginian-Pilot, died this morning at his home in West Washington street, in the 33d year of his age, after an illness of a few days. Mr. Harrell was stricken with paralysis Tuesday evening and has steadily grown worse to the time of his death. He is survived by his widow, who was Miss Lucy Allmond [sic; Allman], his aged mother, Mrs. J.T. Harrell, two brothers, Paul E. Harrell and Crawley Harrell of the county, and two sisters, Mrs. J.D. Luke and Mrs. A.C. Oliver of this city. He was a member of the Suffolk Baptist church, and by his amiable and pleasant character scores of friends in this city and in the county. He was a native of county and was the son of the late J.T. Harrell, a prominent farmer of Nansemond county. The funeral services will be held at the Suffolk Baptist church Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. G.T. Lumpkin. Interment will be made in Cedar Hill cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Pym Wilson, T.A. Barbee, R.C. Harrell, Sam Whitfield, E.C. Gayle, A.C. Oliver, Robert Pearce and Willie Harrell. Honorary, J.D. Luke, Ed Oliver, Jesse Knight, H.M. O'Shield, Floyd Oliver, S.C. Oliver, Oscar Brinkley, John A. Johnson, R.O. Chandler, Henry Eley, H.H.
