Hardy of Windsor, died Monday morning after a heart attack in his home. He operated a process piping contractor's and welding school there. Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Joe F. Peek of Hillcress Baptist Church. Burial was at Holly Lawn Cemetery. A native of Isle of Wight County, he was a son of Mrs. Margaret Williams Holland Horne of Nansemond County and the late Benjamin Goodman Horne. Other survivors include another sister, Miss Doris Horne of Nansemond County; his widow, Mrs. Diana Outlaw Horne; two daughters and two sons.
