Jones Rites To Be Tomorrow HOLLAND - Funeral services for James Thomas Jones will conducted Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at the Holland Christian Church by the Rev. C. Carl Dollar, pastor. Burial will be in the Holland Cemetery. The funeral procession will leave the Hill Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Mr. Jones, 77, retired Holland mercantile merchant, died Thursday at 5 p.m. in a Norfolk hospital after an illness of 11 days. He was born in Nansemond County, a son of James Rawles Jones and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Leach Jones. He was the husband of Mrs. Mary Edith Rawls Jones. He was a member of Holland Christian Church and its Men's Bible Class and Board of Deacons. He also was charter member of Holland Ruritan Club. Besides his widow, surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Rozier C. Bagley [sic; Bayly] of Waterford, Va.; two sons, Thomas Rawles Jones and James R. Jones of Holland; and eight grandchildren. ****************************************************************************** J.T.
