WILEY W. JONES 

FUNERAL  WILEY M. JONES 

  Suffolk, Oct. 29. - The funeral services of the late Wiley M. [sic; W.] 
Jones took place from the residence of Mr. James Tyler, in Pinner street, at 
4 o'clock yesterday afternoon, the services being conducted by Rev. G.T. 
Lumpkin, of the Baptist church.  The remains were laid to rest in Cedar Hill 
cemetery and the following acted as pall-bearers: G.W. Boykin, J.E. Earley, 
R.S. Piland, J.M. Rhodes, R.G. Allmond and S.C. Pierce.

interred in Cedar Hill Cemetery (Block B, Lot 11*), Suffolk, 28 Oct 1919,

D.Cert. 25585 (Suffolk #232) gives parents unknown; the informant was his son 
   William A. 

His parents were James R. & Margaret E. JONES, and his paternal grandfather 
   was Wiley JONES. 

His wife's obit ("Virginian-Pilot & Norfolk Landmark," June 8, 1917, p. 9)
