JOYNER FUNERAL RITES SATURDAY 

Bury Well-Known Citizen In Cedar Hill Cemetery 

  Funeral services for John Frank Joyner, who died at his home on North Main 
Street last Friday, were conducted Saturday at the R.W. Baker funeral home 
on Saratoga Street, by the Rev. Dr. John G. Truitt, pastor of the Suffolk 
Christian Church, and the Rev. H.N. Tucker, rector of St. Paul’s Episcopal 
Church.  Burial was made in Cedar Hill cemetery. 

  Active pallbearers were Thomas L. Woodward, Staley Lewis, Bradford Kilby, 
A.M. McBride, Ralph Artman and F.O. Gardner.  Friends of the family served 
as honorary pallbearers.

b. 4 Oct 1875, Isle of Wight Co., d. 24 Jul 1936, at home, Suffolk,
