Kilby's Widow Succumbs JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Mrs. Eloise (Nellie) Halsey Kilby of Jacksonville, widow of John R. Kilby of Norfolk, a Suffolk native, died Monday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Herbert S. Duckworth in Jacksonville. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. H. Walter Whichard, Jr., rector of St. Paul's Episcopal church, Suffolk. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Bradford Kilby, 310 North Main St., Suffolk. Besides her daughter, she is survived by a grandson, John A. Duckworth of St. Paul, Minn., two great-grandchildren and three sisters. She was a former member of St. Andrew's Episcopal church, Norfolk.
