GEORGE WRIGHT KING

Suffolk, July 19 - George Wright King, aged 53 years, died this morning at 
1 o’clock at his home near Whaleyville, Va.  He is survived by three brothers 
and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the residence 
near Whaleyville, conducted by the Rev. R.H. Corbitt.  Burial will be in the 
family cemetery near Whaleyville.

GEORGE WRIGHT KING

Suffolk, Va., July 22. - Funeral services for George Wright King were held 
Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the residence conducted by Rev. R.H. Corbitt. 
Members of the Great Fork Baptist Church choir, accompanied by Miss May Ellen 
Parker, rendered the selections "Rock of Ages," "The Old Rugged Cross."

Active pallbearers: Owen Parker, Archie Harrell, Ralph Harrell, M.P. McConnel, 
Ernest Hayes, Linwood Horton, Stanley Russell and W.H. Horton.

Interment was in the family cemetery.
