Suffolk, Va., January 28. - [...] Mrs. Frank Lassiter died at 10 o'clock last night at the home of her husband, about one and a half miles east of Suffolk, after a short illness, aged about 45 years. She leaves six children, her husband and many friends to mourn their loss. Mr. Lassiter had moved to his present home only a few weeks ago. [...] Mary E. (MOORE; Mrs. "Frank" Franklin P.) Her parents, Charlton MOORE & his first wife Cena WINSLOW, entered a marriage bond 6 Apr 1841 in Chowan Co., NC. Her father's estate was administered in 1888 in Gates Co., NC, by William S. WIGGINS.
