Lonnie T. Megginson Sr. 

  Lonnie Thomas Megginson Sr., 66, of 407 Kilby Avenue died at 1:40 a.m. today 
in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. 

  A native of Holland, he was the husband of Mrs. Mary Evelyn Thomas Megginson 
and the son of the late John H. and Nancy [sic*] Ellis Megginson. 

  Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Francis Todd of 
Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, Lonnie T. Megginson Jr. of Nansemond and Johnnie 
Steven Megginson of Suffolk; two sisters, Mrs. Neil Hathaway of Jackson, Mich., 
and Mrs. Annabell Calcateiry of Norfolk; one brother, Archie B. Megginson, also 
of Norfolk, and four grandchildren. 

  Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the I.O. Hill & Co. 
Funeral Home by Rev. Loyd Smith and the Rev. James R. Hughes.  Burial will be 
in the Holly Lawn Cemetery.

Rather, his mother was Emma Carolyn (ELLIS) MEGGINSON. 

His parents are buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk.
