NORFOLK, VA., April 20. - Special. - Julia Milteer, three-year-old daughter of Mr. Abel [sic; Abe] Milteer, a prominent trucker living near Churchland, in this county, was burned to death this morning. She was playing too close to an open fire. Her clothing caught, and she was fatally burned before assistance could reach her.
