HOLLAND - Mills Jordan March, Jr., 56, of Route 2, Holland, died Friday at 7:25 p.m. in a Suffolk hospital after a short illness. A native of Nansemond County, he was a retired machinist of Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church, its Men's Bible Class, and Holy Neck-South Quay Ruritan Club. He was a son of the late Mills J. March Sr. and Mrs. Betty Keene March. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Margaret Copeland March; a daughter, Miss Elizabeth Paige March of Guilford College, N.C.; three sons, Dr. William C. March, and Mills Arnold March of Suffolk and Norman Keene March of Guilford College; and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth March Holland of Takoma Park, Md. The body will be taken from I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home to Holy Neck Christian Church Sunday at 2:30 p.m. for a funeral service at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. R.T. Grissom. Funeral Today FOR MILLS MARCH Funeral services for Mills Jordan March, Jr., will be conducted today at 3:30 p.m. in Holy Neck Christian Church by the Rev. R.T. Gissom, pastor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be taken from the Hill Funeral Home to the church at 1:30 p.m. and will lie in state from 2:30 until time of funeral. Mr. March Jr., 56, of Route 2, Holland died Friday at 7:45 p.m. in Obici Memorial Hospital after a short illness. A native of Nansemond County, he was a retired machinist of Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church, its Men's Bible Class and Holy Neck-South Quay Ruritan Club. He was a son of the late Mills J. March Sr. and Mrs. Bettie Keene March.
