Morgan Has Been Taken By Death Henry A. Morgan, age 69 years, died at the home of his son, W.J. Morgan, 824 Armstrong Street, Portsmouth, Tuesday night at 6:40 o'clock after an illness of one week. He is survived by one son, W.J. Morgan, of Portsmouth, and three grandchildren, Mrs. Robert Joyner, of Suffolk, Ruth E., and Louis Morgan, of Portsmouth. The funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the grave in Rawles cemetery, Nansemond county, conducted by the Rev. H.S. Hardcastle, assisted by Dr. W.W. Staley, and the Rev. E.L. Milteer, of Portsmouth. ****************************************************************************** Funeral Services of Henry A. Morgan Held The funeral services of Henry A. Morgan were held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the grave in Rawles cemetery in Nansemond county, conducted by Dr. H.S. Hardcastle, assisted by Dr. W.W. Staley, and Rev. M.Reg. #56) They appear in the 1900 Census - Owned Free Farm #188, Cypress Dist., Nansemond Co. - m. 13 years, 1 of 2 children surviving.
