Nash, in Ivor. She was predeceased by her husband, James E. Nash, former owner of J.E. Nash and Son Logging Company. Born in Woodland, N.C., Mrs. Nash was the daughter of the late Willie E. Futrell and Betty Revell Futrell. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Hazel Futrell and Wilma Futrell Early, and a brother, Ira T. Futrell. She was a member of Berea Congregational Christian Church, where she was a member of the Women's Fellowship. She was also a member of the Chapter 270 O.E.S. of South Mills, N.C. Mrs. Nash is survived by her son, James E. Nash of Ivor; two granddaughters and three great-granddaughters, and two great-grandsons. Graveside services were held on Feb. 6 at Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Robert J. Bennett officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Berea Congregational Church, Suffolk or to Bennett's Creek Rescue Squad. Loving Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
