Nelms, of Norfolk, formerly of Suffolk. Mr. Nelms was the son of the late Robert and Martha Nelms. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lizzie Brown Nelms, three daughters, Mrs. George Tappas and Miss Charles Audrey Nelms of Norfolk; and Mrs. Bartlett Ballentine of Danville. One sister, Mrs. Leroy Coghill, of New York, N.Y., and one brother, George Nelms, of Norfolk also survive. Funeral arrangements had not been completed this morning.
