ABRAM THOMAS NORFLEET

   Suffolk, July 1 - Abram Thomas Norfleet, 74, prominent citizen of the 
county, died unexpectedly this morning at his home in Crittenden.

   He was the son of the late John Edward and Mrs. Garrie Skinner Norfleet, 
of Nansemond County.

   Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Jessie Wilkerson Norfleet; a brother, Harvey 
E. Norfleet, of Holland; four nephews, W.E. Robert Earl, Harvey E. Norfleet, 
Jr., and Durwood Norfleet, of Holland, two nieces, Miss Jacqueline Norfleet, 
of Holland, and Mrs. Dorothy Griddin.

   He was a member of the Crittenden Methodist Church.

   The body was brought to the R.W. Baker Funeral Home, where funeral services 
will be held Thursday at 4 p.m., with the Rev. W.C. Mann, pastor of Crittenden 
Methodist Church, officiating.

   Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk.
