NORFLEET Suffolk, April 19 [sic; 9]. - Mrs. Susan Clara Norfleet, 74, wife of Wilson H. Norfleet, died Friday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock, at her home in Wellons street. She is survived by her husband, Wilson H. Norfleet, and five children, L.H. Norfleet and Mrs. Julia Kirby, of Suffolk; Robert, Alvah H. and Wallace Norfleet, all of Washington, D.C. Mrs. Norfleet was one of the old and well-known citizens of this community and beside her immediate family is survived by many other relatives. The funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the grave in Cedar Hill Cemetery, conducted by Rev. H.P. Clarke, assisted by Rev. Dr. W.W. Staley. The active pallbearers will be F.A. Holladay, J.F. Freeman, Archie Brothers, W.R. Daughtrey, C.E. Hargrave, Jasper Oliver; honorary, A.H. Baker, Sidney Davis, W.W. Ballard, J.Z. Yates, James Butler, W.E. Wallace, Dr. O.R. Yates, Dr. W.L. Thompson, W.N. McAnge, Dr. J.E. Rawles, A.A. Riddick, Beverly Brothers.
