SIDNEY T. NORFLEET

BODY OF SOLDIER BURIED

   The body of Private Sidney T. Norfleet, who was killed in action overseas, 
October 21, 1918, arrived in Suffolk Tuesday.  Mr. Norfleet was a member of a 
company in the 116th Infantry.

   He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Julia T. Norfleet, of Suffolk; one 
brother and several sisters.

   The funeral services were held at the Bethlehem Christian Church Wednesday 
afternoon at 3 o’clock, conducted by the Rev. H.H. Butler, assisted by the 
Rev. Dr. W.W. Staley, and the burial was held with military honors, and 
interment was in the Bethlehem cemetery.
