Harvey A. Oliver Buried in County 

  Funeral services for Harvey A. Oliver, a resident of Nansemond County, near 
Holland, were held yesterday afternoon at the Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. 
R.E. Brittle, pastor of the Bethlehem Christian Church, and Dr. Jesse H. 
Dollar, pastor of the Liberty Spring Christian Church, officiating.  Interment 
took place in the Liberty Spring Church cemetery. 

  Mills Luter, accompanied by Mrs. Julian Goodwin, sang "Sunrise."  The choir 
of the Bethlehem Church sang "Going Down the Valley One by One."  The Rev. 
Brittle read the poems "Let Me Live in the House By the Side of the Road" and 
"Crossing the Bar." 

  The pall was of Easter lilies and red roses.  Pallbearers were Howard 
Rhodes, Dudley Austin, J.S. Powell, B.P. Tadlock, Morris Holland, Wesley 
Moore, Mac Byrum and John Hayes.  Honorary pallbearers were friends of the 
family. 

  Mr. Oliver died Tuesday morning at a local hospital after a short illness.
