Mrs. [sic; Miss] Pipkin had retired from the Maintence Control Department at the Public Works Center of Norfolk Naval Station. She was a Methodist. Survivors include three cousins. The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. David B. Lewis. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home, Suffolk, is handling arrangements.
