Hill Funeral Home tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. Duane N. Vore. Mrs. Powell died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.O. Bradshaw, 218 Chestnut Street, yesterday morning after a long illness. She was widow of Richard Henry Powell, of this city, and daughter of the late Charles J. and Elizabeth Williams Tripple, of Norfolk. Besides the daughter with whom she made her home, she is survived by two sons, Grady E. Powell, of Pocomoke City, Md., and Edwin B. Davis, of Norfolk; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A member of Suffolk Christian Church, she was a charter member of the Woman's Missionary Society of that church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
