ANNIE FOWLER EVERETT PERKINS

   Suffolk, October 16 - Age 76, died Sunday, October 16, 1955 at the home of 
a granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Daughtrey Hall of Route 3, Suffolk.  She had been 
ill for some time.  She was the widow of John Perkins and a daughter of Tom 
and Mary Fowler of Isle of Wight County.  She was a member of Summerton [sic; 
Somerton] Methodist Church.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Bessie 
Underwood of Nansemond County and Mrs. Annie Mary Daughtrey of Norfolk; 3 
sons, William T. Everett of Nansemond County, Charlie Everett of Jarrett and 
James Henry Everett of Norfolk; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 19, 1955 at 2:30 p.m. 
at the Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Herbert Hall.  Burial will be in 
Summerton Methodist Church Cemetery.

Isle of Wight Co. native, d. 16 Oct 1955, at granddaughter's home, age 76, 
interred in Somerton Methodist Church Cemetery*, 19 Oct 1955,
