She was a former resident of Suffolk and had retired from Ballard and Smith Department Store in Suffolk as a sales clerk. She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church and was active in Boykins United Methodist Church and its Mason's Bible Class. Survivors include two granddaughter, Connie P. Storey of Murfreesboro, N.C., and Linda P. Felts of Boykins, and a nephew, Joseph L. Felton of Suffolk. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Boykins United Methodist Church by the Rev. J. Blaine Blubaugh. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. McDowell Funeral Home has charge. Memorial donations may be sent to Boykins Volunteer Rescue Squad or to the Raymond L. A native of the Buckhorn community in Nansemond County, she was the widow of Raymond Lonnie Parker. She was residing in Boykins with her daughter-in- law, Mrs. Nancy Parker. She was a former resident of Suffolk and had retired from Ballard and Smith department store in Suffolk as a sales clerk.
