Parker, aged about 22 months. George Henry PARKER, son of Charles A. & Elizabeth H. (SKINNER) PARKER, d. 8 Nov 1879, Norfolk Co.*, age ca. 22 months, "The Suffolk (VA) Herald," Vol. VII, No. 46, Nov. 12, 1879 *Additional information: Norfolk Co. is now extinct. The county seat was Portsmouth. The rump was joined with South Norfolk to form the City of Chesapeake. Charles A. Parker, sn/o George E. & Sarah E. (Milteer) Parker, 24, and Elizabeth H. Skinner, dt/o Henry & Mary (Jones) Skinner, 19, m. 13 Sep 1875, Norfolk Co. (Ancestry.com "Virginia Marriages") They appear in the 1880 Census in Western Branch Dist., Norfolk Co., with son Charles W., age 2 mos. Charles W. (1880-1951) is buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Portsmouth.
