Parker, 85, of Driver, Nansemond County, died Friday in Suffolk hospital. A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the widow of Charles Oter [sic; Arter] Parker and a daughter of the late Braddock and Mrs. Emanda Hearin Holland. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church, Smithfield. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. C.E. Warrington of Driver; a son, Randolph P. Parker of Newport News, and two sisters, Mrs. Lelia Nelms of Elizabethton, Tenn., and Mrs. John W. Doggett of Newport News. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Sidney F. Harrell, Suffolk. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
