WILLIAM HENRY PARKER

WILLIAM HENRY PARKER BURIED HERE YESTERDAY

   Funeral services for William Henry Parker were conducted today at Berea 
Christian Church, Driver, by Dr. H.S. Hardcastle, pastor, who read "Crossing 
the Bar".  The pall was of red roses and white carnations.  Burial was in 
Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk with Masonic Rites at the graveside.  Pallbearers 
were W.T. Alexander, Russell T. Bradford, J.C. Matthews, Charles E. Russell, 
K.E. Brinkley, Frank Warrington, W.W. Jones and Shade Marks.  The Men’s Bible 
Class of the church was honorary pallbearers.


William Henry PARKER, retired R.R. agent, 
NC native, d. 11 Mar 1956, Driver, age 80, 
interred in Cedar Hill Cemetery (Block W, Lot 46*), Suffolk, 
donated obit, publication unknown
