He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Emma V. Seely, Morehead City, N.C., Mrs. Robert W. Nelms, Suffolk; Mrs. Raymond Eason, Suffolk; Mrs. Winfred Hobbs, Norfolk; one son, James V. Pritchard, Suffolk; and three grandchildren. He was a member of Main Street Baptist church, and the Woodmen of the World. The body was taken to I.O. Hill and Company Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday by Rev. H.J. Goodwin. Interment will be in Cedar Hill.
