PRITCHARD Mrs. Mary Virginia Bowers Pritchard, 57, died at 9:10 a.m. Saturday at her home, 115 Katherine St., after an illness of four months. A native of Suffolk, she was a retired bookkeeper for Godwin Motor Co. She was a member of Main Street Methodist Church and had served as a teacher and a pianist in the nursery of the Sunday School there for a number of years. She was the wife of James V. Pritchard and daughter of the late William Henry and Mrs. Louise Thompson Bowers of Suffolk. Besides her husband, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Goldie Bowers Williams of Portsmouth. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. John Teter. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
