[Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA., November 30. - Mrs. Lucy H. Quimby, one of the foremost educators of this section, founder and head of the Nansemond Seminary, a school for girls, died to-night at St. Andrew's Hospital, Suffolk, in the seventy-fourth year of her age. She is survived by one son, E.M.C. Quimby; two daughters, Mrs. Henry Minett, wife of Captain Henry Minett, U.S.A., retired, of Cincinnati, and Mrs. Charles L. Hutchins, of Suffolk. The funeral services will be at St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Church on Saturday.
