Mrs. Rose, a native of Isle of Wight County, was a widow of Scott William Rose. She was member of First Baptist Church. She had retired from A and P Peanut Co. after 20 years service. Survivors include a sister, Minnie S. Rhodes of Suffolk. The funeral was conducted Friday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
