MILDRED SHACKELFORD RICHARDS 

  WINDSOR - Mildred Shackelford Richards, 80, of the 22000 block of Garrison 
Drive, died Dec. 13, 1999, at Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. 

  A native of Muncy, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Ira B. Shackelford 
and Carrie Miller Shackelford and the widow of John J. Richards.  She was a 
homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church. 

  She is survived by a nephew, Ira Robertson of Clarksville, Va., and a 
special friend, Dee Ellis of Crescent City, Fla. 

  A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sidney F. Harrell 
Funeral Home by the Rev. T.A. Powell.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, 
Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Sidney F. Harrell Home 
and other times at the home of Lyle Cash, 22078 Garrison Drive, Windsor. 
Memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad, 19 
Windsor Blvd, Windsor, VA 23487.

Mildred S. Richards 

  Mildred Shackelford Richards, 80, of 22066 Garrison Dr., Windsor, departed 
this life Monday, Dec. 13, 1999 at Obici Memorial Hospital. 

  A native of Muncy, Pa., she was the widow of John J. Richards and the 
daughter of the late Ira B. Shackelford and Carrie Miller Shackelford. 

  Mrs. Richards was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. 

  Survivors include a nephew, Ira Robertson of Clarksville and a special 
friend, Dee Ellis of Crescent City, Fla. 

  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December, 15, 1999 at 11 a.m. 
at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home with the Rev. T.A. Powell officiating. 
Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. 

  Friends may join the family on Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Sidney F. 
Harrell Funeral Home and other times at the home of Lyle Cash at 22078 
Garrison Dr., Windsor. 

  Contributions may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad at 19 
Windsor Blvd., Windsor 23487.
