A native of Muncy, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Ira B. Shackelford and Carrie Miller Shackelford and the widow of John J. Richards. She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by a nephew, Ira Robertson of Clarksville, Va., and a special friend, Dee Ellis of Crescent City, Fla. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by the Rev. T.A. Powell. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Sidney F. Harrell Home and other times at the home of Lyle Cash, 22078 Garrison Drive, Windsor. Memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad, 19 Windsor Blvd, Windsor, VA 23487. ****************************************************************************** Mildred S.
