RHODES Henry Orin Rhodes, a retired oysterman, aged 84, died Sunday at 11 a.m. at the home of his sister, Mrs. Emma Martin, Eclipse. He is the son of the late G.W. and Mrs. Mary Etta Rhodes. He was a native of Long Island, New York, and until recently had lived on Eastern Shore. Other than his sister, he is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. The body will be taken from the R.W. Baker and Company Funeral Home to Mt. Zion Christian Church, Eclipse, for services Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. to be conducted by the Rev. Walter Richardson. Burial will be in Wachapreague Cemetery on Eastern Shore at 3:30 p.m. ****************************************************************************** Rites Held Today For Henry Rhodes Funeral services for Henry Orin Rhodes, who died Sunday, were conducted this morning at 10 a.m. at the Mt. Zion Christian Church, Crittenden, by the Rev. Walter Richardson, pastor. The church choir, accompanied by Mrs. George Dixon, sang "Abide With Me" and "The Sweet Bye and Bye." Active pallbearers were O.W. Crittenden, Jr., Joseph Turner, G.B. Martin, Joseph August, Merrill Williams, and Willis Cross. Burial was at Wachapreague cemetery on Eastern Shore.
