Mrs. Ida M. Rawles, 90, widow of John L. Rawles, a lifelong resident of Nansemond County, died at 7 o'clock tonight at a Suffolk hospital after an illness of several weeks. She was a daughter of the late Frederick H. and Sarah A. Holland, of Nansemond County. She is survived by a son-in-law, Paul N. Smith, of Nansemond County and several nieces and nephews. She was an active member of Liberty Springs Christian Church. The body was taken to the I.O. Hill Funeral Home where it will remain until 3 p.m. Saturday, at which time the funeral procession will leave for the Liberty Springs [sic; Spring] church for funeral services at 3:30 p.m., conducted by Dr. Jesse H. Dollar and Dr. I.W. Johnson. Burial will be in the church cemetery. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. Ida Rawles' Funeral Tomorrow Funeral services for Mrs. Ida M. Rawles, 90, a life-long resident of Nansemond County, who died at 7 o'clock last night at a local hospital after an illness of several weeks, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Liberty Spring Christian Church. Dr. Jesse H. Dollar, pastor, and Dr. I.W. Johnson will officiate at the services. Interment will take place in the church cemetery. The daughter of the late Frederick H. and Sarah A. Holland of Nansemond County and the widow of John L. Rawles, she is survived by a son-in-law, Paul N. Smith of Nansemond County; a number of nieces and nephews. She was an active member of the Liberty Spring Church and its organizations. The body now rests at the I.O. Hill Funeral Home. The funeral procession will leave there tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock for the Liberty Spring Church. Ida M.
