Mr. Rawls, a native of Suffolk, was an Army veteran of World War II and a retired supervisor from A.P. Tea Co. after 20 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Main Street. Survivors include cousins. The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson. Friends may join the family at 905 Maryland Ave. Hill Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad. Jack Rudolph RAWLS, retired from A.P.
