[Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA., November 15. - William Rawles, a former Confederate veteran, died Sunday afternoon at his home near Liberty Springs, Va., aged eighty-nine years. The burial services were conducted to-day at Liberty Spring Church by Rev. T.W. Johnson. The deceased is survived by two daughters - Mrs. A.H. Savage and Mrs. J.R. Copeland - twenty grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
