A native of Suffolk she was the widow of Harry Edward Shea and the daughter of the late Jacob Holladay Kelly and Mrs. Mamie Brothers Kelly. She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church, Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy. She is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Margaret K. Daughtrey of Portsmouth and Mrs. Elizabeth K. Rawls of Norfolk; two brothers; Jacob Holladay Kelly of Great Bridge and Patrick Kelly of Woodstock. A funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:30 at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery by Dr. Robert B. Marr. The funeral procession will leave the R. W. Baker and Company Funeral Home at 2:15 p.m. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. Lucy (KELLY; Mrs. Harry E.)
